When will I get my pictures?
We are committed to give your photos within 5 business days after the photo shoot.
How will I receive my photos?
We will send you a private link to your email so you can have download it in your computer/smartphone.
How many photographs will I get?
Can I make the final selection of photos?
Your photographer will make the final selection of the photos that you will receive.
Can I see the portfolio of my photographer?
Yes, you could always see it in advance on our web so you could have an idea of how will look your photos.
What if I want to cancel?
If you want to cancel 48h before your photo shoot we will refund you 100% of your payment. In case you want to cancel the day before the tour we will charge 30% of payment.
What if the weather looks rainy?
We will move your photo shoot, but in case you can´t do it another day and don´t want photos in the rain we will cancel and refund all your money.
Do I get the Raw data?
We will send you the photos edited in JPG in maximum quality.
How will my photographer recognize me?
We will ask you for a couple of photos of you and your companion and will send it to our photographer so he/she can recognize you easily.
